Jobs at Meraki

While Internet-enabled devices and web applications are constantly improving, enterprise networks have remained unchanged. Costly, complex, inflexible, and unreliable, traditional infrastructure too often fails to meet the exploding demands of modern networks.

In 2003, a group of graduate students at MIT set out to build a simple, scalable, and cost-effective wireless network to blanket Cambridge, MA. They succeeded, and in the process, invented a new network architecture that used the power of cloud computing to make truly plug and play large scale networks. Realizing they were on to something big, they left MIT, moved to California and started Meraki.

Today, Meraki offers a complete enterprise-class networking solution that is easy to use, affordable, and gives administrators the visibility and control they need to manage an explosion of iPads and web applications. Meraki’s products are used in over 18,000 customer networks, from Starbucks and Stanford University to schools and small businesses. Meraki is funded by the most prestigious investors in Silicon Valley, including Sequoia Capital and Google.

Meraki’s team is made up of the best and the brightest: Computer Science PhDs from MIT and Berkeley, marketers from Apple, top sales reps from Salesforce.com, Riverbed and Aruba, and an operations team once responsible for the iPod. We offer great benefits, competitive salaries, and free lunches. But what really sets Meraki apart is the opportunity to work at a company that is growing rapidly: where we wear many hats, learn on the fly, and are rewarded for our efforts with happy customers and even faster growth.

We currently have open positions in engineering, sales, product management, marketing and technical support. We’re looking for people who take pride in doing excellent work, are excited to build a business, work hard, and can both teach and learn from those around them. If this is you, we’d love to hear from you!
